What are the so-called Soul Contracts?
To answer this question, we must first accept the fact that there is “Something” that is eternal, Soul, Being, or whatever we call it.
That there is reincarnation, the cyclicity of birth, death and rebirth, or rather the incarnation of the Soul/ Being in a physical body and that we as a personality are only co-players during this incarnation. And that our free will, the will of us as a personality affects the state of our awareness. The more developed our awareness is, the stronger is the conscious connection between our personality and Being, our Inner Self, our Soul (or rather, Soul consciousness).
For Souls who have such a strong karmic bond, in most cases we can say that the incarnations are automatic in accordance with the karmic laws that apply in the Universe.
However, if the Soul’s consciousness has reached a certain state of Consciousness at the time of incarnation, there is a possibility of communication between Souls also and especially between the time of incarnation on Earth. This allows the Souls to agree to cooperate/assist in working through the karmic bonds that have arisen as a result of the desire, how to respond during the time of embodiment,.. And with this, the possibility of processing and abandoning the karmic loops in which you are.
We can therefore assume (which was also shown through the work on the mentioned contracts) that there is often a meeting and/or cooperation of Soul Consciousnesses through several incarnations, either consecutively or with intervals.
Depending on the karmic entrapment, pattern, addiction, or whatever, the very cause of the contract resulted in stronger, firmer or lighter, looser Soul Contracts. On that depends whether the interruption will be easy or will require more strength, courage and time, even possibly several incarnations.
Regardless of the strength of the contract, the important fact is that as conscious individuals, we can withdraw from the Soul Contract at any time without creating new karmic ties.
How to break a Soul Contract?
There are several ways, usually with the help of persons, the media, who have access to the mentioned contracts and thus also the possibility of their termination

With the help of the Reiki technique
Above all, by raising our Awareness and showing gratitude for all the insights and knowledge we have learned through the persons with whom we had/have concluded such a contract.
We have the birthright to be able to say, to dare to say, Enough is enough!
